Software License Management

He/She will

  • Manage (identify, evaluate, Monitor) the functionality of License Management application
  • Maintain, Monitor and report on the functionality of the interfaces
  • Define measures and monitor implementation in the event of interface errors / issues
  • Maintain, Monitor and report the data quality of License Management application
  • Define measures and monitor implementation in the event of data quality errors / issues
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements and workflow efficiencies
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of license Management. Generating regular reports for senior leadership to communicate the organization's licensing posture and improvements. 
  • Support Software contract Managers (managing contract for software, application services and products across the organization

Requirements

  • Professional expecience of relevant subjects in IT with a high matrix complexity and global orientation.Academic degree (Graduate or Master degree)
  • Profound knowledge in Infrastructure and Network topologies, Cloud platform, Virtualization, global deployed clients. Application Management
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with service provider, project teams, internal IT and business departments with strong communication skills and a strong ability to deal constructively with conflicting targets beyond own or team reporting line.
  • English business fluent, intercultural skills to lead/ interact foreign countries team members or vendor counterparts
  • knowledge in IT service delivery. Would prefer to have ISO 19770 certification (Software asset Management) and ITIL certification.
